Huong Lan shared: “When I was away from home, I remember so much! But because of the circumstances, I followed my family, and since then I have always thought that when I go back to Vietnam, I will go back to Vietnam. Go anywhere, but always remember the countryside, remember the voice, remember the Vietnamese people ”.

Huong Lan is the first foreign artist to be licensed to perform in Vietnam.

After returning to Vietnam in 1994, the female artist returned to Vietnam more often and in 1996 was licensed to perform arts in Vietnam. She is also the first overseas artist to be licensed to perform art, setting the stage for many layers of overseas artists to be motivated to Vietnam to serve domestic audiences.
